This recipient received a special delivery package as compensation because the winning money was supposed to be delivered within 2 hours but a delay caused by a mechanical fault in the delivery truck meant that the package would be delivered in 4 hours instead of 2 hours so the head office department sent a special delivery package for compensation aside from the winning money.
