🗣️🗣️URGENT:
If you haven’t heard by now, the Department of Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN) under the Department of Treasury has passed a imposed a requirement for businesses established BEFORE January 1st, 2024 to submit an electronic filing of the Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). The CTA requires certain types of U.S. and foreign entities to report beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

UPDATE:
Due to the recent court filings being overruled FINCEN has extended the deadline to January 13th, 2024, if not file there is a $591 fine PER DAY.
