8,400 square feet of open space with an expansive overhead lighting grid. Stage dimensions: 133′ long x 67′ wide x 18′ high (16′ grid height). An equipment cage and area for flats storage abuts the south wall. Two large roll-up doors with interior sliding sound baffles provide convenient access
directly onto the stage floor. Stage A also features a pre-lit, two-wall, digital green or white* infinite c*clorama. It’s powered overhead grid is outfitted with our hanging lighting package that includes Kino-Flo Image 80 lights which come with the stage rental. A variety of studo Fresnels are also available for an additional fee. Stage B:
This 6,200 square foot stage houses our popular full-scale sci-fi spaceship sets. Our stationary modular sets features pulley – operated corridor doors, a removable bridge set wall, and a powered overhead lighting grid. A large roll-up door allows easy access for all your material and equipment. Gated parking is available, as well as ample street parking. In addition to our two stages, our facility also offers 2 suites of production offices and rooms that includes kitchens, craft service areas with two refrigerators, hair/make-up room, a conference room, five restrooms, and other multi-use rooms. We provide 30+ parking spaces for vehicles in our own gated parking lot. Additional parking is available on site. Street parking is also available. Office support: Copies, faxing, printouts are available for a nominal fee. We are also proud to offer free Wifi to our guests. Productions can rent grip, lighting, and electrical equipment from us in pre-set or custom packages, as well as à la carte, but LCS imposes no restrictions or additional fees on productions that provide their own equipment. Already have a 3-ton grip package? Does your gaffer prefer to use his/her own gear? You’re welcome to bring it in, no strings attached.
