2. Schedule your Priorities - Set time aside in your Calendar for actual priorities as defined by your goals.This is the time you'll spend daily to work on initiatives to achieve your goals
3. Set the Tone - To find balance, you must set your own pace. Stop the rush, rush, rush and instead begin your day by taking control.
