Introducing our plant-based box featuring fish made from plants and a rainbow of organic vegetables over a bed of soosh rice.

Ten glorious pieces of nigiri with a special soosh roll.

📦 Sashimi Roll Box $58 (Sashimi+ Maki)
Ten pieces of ora king salmon with red onion aioli, ossetra caviar and 24k gold with a special soosh roll. Feel free to add-on caviar (+$10).

📦 Soosh Box $98 (Chirashi)
Our most popular box curated for the ultimate soosh lover. This box includes a rainbow of primo sashimi sourced from all around the globe over a bed of soosh rice.

📦 Jefe Box $98 (Chirashi)
This special chirashi box features ten pieces of torched a5 ribeye wagyu and our otoro tartare over a bed of soosh rice with a quail egg fried to perfection. Feel free to add-on caviar (+$10), uni (+$12) and additional wagyu (+$12) and otoro (+$10).

🛹 Soosh Board $298 (Board)
This is our version of a charcuterie board with over 50 pieces of mouth-watering fish! Feel free to add-on as many primo items as your heart desires 🫶.

📦 Monsta Box $298 (Chirashi)
The most gigantic chirashi box you have ever seen with a rainbow of sashimi over a bed of soosh rice. Share this one with your friends! Feel free to add-on as many primo items as your heart desires 🫶.

Any barracuda lovers out there? These bad boys are prepped, torched & ready to party 🥳! Fun fact 👩‍🏫🐟: Barracuda is a very fast predatory fish that can swim upwards of 60 miles per hour ⚡️. We source our from Kanagawa 🇯🇵.
