Let’s talk about poaching… 👀
One thing we’ve never understood in the online business space is how some people think it’s acceptable to build by poaching. 🐘
And we’re not even talking about recruiting people from other companies… we’re talking about people trying to pull members from the exact SAME business onto a different team.
How is that leadership? 🤔
If someone can only grow by targeting people who are already educated, trained, and committed instead of finding new customers and new business partners, what does that say about their ability to actually build?
A strong leader creates value.
A strong leader attracts people.
A strong leader builds their own community.
They don’t spend their time trying to dismantle someone else’s.
After over 10 years in this industry, Mike and I have seen it all. The funny thing is that the people who focus on poaching are usually focused on shortcuts. And shortcuts rarely create long-term success.
Integrity matters.
Character matters.
How you build matters.
Because at the end of the day, your reputation is worth far more than any temporary gain.
Build something you’re proud of.
Build it the right way.
Build it so you can sleep at night. 🩵

One of my favorite Darren Ewert moments was his message about integrity in business.
What really stood out to me was the reminder that true leadership isn't about taking shortcuts or trying to build by pulling people from someone else's team.

Real leaders build their own communities with integrity and respect.
As someone building an online business, this message reminded me that character and reputation matter more than quick wins.

✨ လူတွေကို စိတ်အားတက်စေတယ်။
✨ ကိုယ်ပိုင် Community ကို တည်ဆောက်တယ်။
အခြားသူတည်ဆောက်ထားတာကို ဖျက်ဆီးဖို့ မကြိုးစားဘူး။
ဒီ Message က Business တစ်ခုတည်ဆောက်ရာမှာ အရည်အချင်းတစ်ခုတည်းမဟုတ်ဘဲ စိတ်ဓာတ်၊ ကိုယ်ကျင့်တရားနဲ့ Reputation က ဘယ်လောက်အရေးကြီးတယ်ဆိုတာ သတိပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ရေရှည်အောင်မြင်မှုဟာ Integrity ပေါ်မှာ တည်ဆောက်ရပါတယ်။
