Looking to fill 2 window cleaner positions.
Position 1: I'm looking for a window cleaner to fill a store front route position. So, driving around and cleaning the windows of multiple businesses in the Glendale and Burbank area. Your job will be to complete the daily jobs on your own time. There average from 12-28 store front cleaning jobs/work day. Some work days are lighter than others. The best work hours are normally 6am-2ishpm. (Time frames vary, as this is not an hourly position, it's based on a per-job basis). Some customers want you there at certain times in the morning, others you can do on your own time, as long as all the jobs get completed on the assigned day. Work days are Tuesday-Friday for this position. Pay is a percentage of income per job. The customers are fantastic! As long as you're making the windows clean, streak-free, and cleaning the window frames, you'll keep them as happy customers. The route is consistent, and growing. Much opportunity to refine skills and grow with the company as it expands.
Position 2: Looking for someone to be the second person on a team that does residential window cleaning. This position will work right for someone who has specific and regular morning and/or afternoon time frames available, and weekend availability. Looking for someone who would be comfortable cleaning windows on 2-3 story homes using a ladder. This position is on an as-needed basis. Pay is per job, a percentage of the income. We've only got one person on the team so far, and need a second person to begin scheduling those bigger jobs. The work is currently inconsistent, but our company is working towards focusing more on residential window cleaning, so we need to fill this position in order to attain more jobs.
If you are interested in sales, we are looking for someone to go out in the community, speaking with business owners and home owners about what we offer as a business, handing out fliers and business cards, and adding them to our schedule for a bid. This is both for store-front work, and for residential communties.
Experienced window cleaners will receive priority in the application process. We are willing to train the right individuals. Tools are supplied. We are looking for individuals who are willing to put in time and effort into this job. We are looking for individuals to grow with the company, someone who's looking for employment for 1 year+. Someone reliable, with a car and proof of car insurance. Looking for someone who's trustworthy, a hard worker, doesn't mind working early am's, and has a decently open availability--will work with college students schedules, etc.
