If you’re looking at building real residual income, there are 4 things I think you NEED to look at before choosing a company 👇👇
And after being in this industry for over a decade, Mike and I have learned just how important these are. 🙌
1. The leadership AND the track record.
You’re not just choosing a product or compensation plan. You’re choosing the people and company you’re potentially tying your future to.
Are they committed for the long haul?
Have they already proven they can weather different economies, trends and challenges?
Will they still be here 5, 10, 20 years from now?
Because when you’re building residual income, longevity matters. 💯
2. Are they constantly improving?
No company is perfect. What matters to me is whether they continue evolving, improving their systems, supporting their people and making things BETTER.
I love the garden analogy 🌱
Leave a garden alone and the weeds eventually take over. But continually pull the weeds, plant new seeds and take care of what you’ve built, and it can thrive for YEARS.
Business is no different.
3. How much do they actually PAY? 💰
This one gets overlooked soooo much.
You can have the greatest product in the world, but if you have to sell hundreds or thousands of them just to make a decent income, the math gets pretty difficult.
Mike and I have always loved high-ticket because fewer sales can create significantly more income.
The numbers have to make sense. 🤷♂️
4. Do people actually WANT and USE the products?
This is HUGE.
If you’re going to build something for years, you should believe in what you’re sharing.
We personally use our products. We love them. We believe they add value to people’s lives.
And when you genuinely love what you’re sharing, people FEEL that. 🩵
There are obviously other things I would look at too. The community. The training. The systems. The mentorship. The culture.
But these four are pretty high on my list.
Because building residual income isn’t about finding the newest shiny opportunity. ✨
It’s about finding something proven, sustainable and worth building for the LONG TERM. 🙌
