Antique Cash register , nice projects for nice people! This one is an early cash register that made receipts. Paper roll was intact. This project was mainly cleaning and polishing the metal without re plating again to maintain its charm and character only an antique can have. This is my favorite approach if you ask me. This wonderful piece is going to Spain.

Antique...actually ancient wooden horse, wood was super compromised. Very hollow body , this project involved a very extended process including, cleaning, fumigation, destabilizing, adhesive injection, joints reconstruction, re patina and coating protection. But , I was thrilled to work on this project that belongs to a very cool client. Win win!
