To Our Mirada Friends and Colleagues,
As we are all finding new ways to operate in these uncertain times, I wanted to provide a status update and offer to help in any way we can.
We have been executing a business continuity plan around the clock for the last two weeks to balance our staff’s safety while ensuring the security of our clients work and uninterrupted operations.
- Security & Technology: We have designed a new security protocol, upgraded our routing capability, and implemented a remote software solution that allows our creatives to work on secure assets offsite without the assets ever leaving our onsite servers.
- Onsite Support and WFH: The majority of our staff are working from home and fully operational. We have onsite-critical staff working in private offices to ensure safe social distancing.
While we’re proud of the incredible progress of our operations teams, we will continue navigating this ever-changing landscape. Through it all, our staff remain highly-motivated to support our clients, find new ways of working, protect our business, and do great work.
We would love the opportunity to help in any way we can, from sharing learnings to resources. For production solutions, we also have two small stages within our studio with the ability to live-stream motion and photo shoots. If you’re short-handed—need something animated, a creative director for a day, a graphic designed, an instant brainstorm, a quick cut, or anything else—don’t hesitate to reach out.
