Cultivo Inc. Full service cannabis cultivation facility design, custom fabrication, and consulting firm. About our President

Over the past thirteen years, Ms. Ms.

Autumn Karcey has worked in most aspects of the legal cannabis industry including permit acquisition, retail, talent acquisition, staff augmentation, cultivation, fundraising, activism, and facility design to environmental optimization for cultivation and retail operations. As one of Los Angeles’s leading medicinal cannabis cultivators for over a decade, it was important for Ms. Karcey to create optimal indoor environments in which cannabis can be grown in a healthy, stable manner free of pests and pathogens without the use of harmful pesticides and chemicals. After 10+ years of R & D, Ms. Karcey combined her background of indoor cultivation and facility design methodologies in order to create a truly innovative environment that is rare in this industry. Karcey takes a logical, consistent, and scientific approach when she designs cultivation sites. She combines the use of modern clean room technology, state-of –the- art agricultural equipment, along with custom fabricated equipment, specialized irrigation, high-end security, and sensor systems to create world class facilities.

Cultivo is focused on the future of our industry’s infrastructure.

As one of the first design build companies in the space, we have delivered compliant facilities across more than 25 states and 3 countries. We have built on GMP, cGMP, ISO, GAP, and EUGMP standards long before they became buzzwords.

Schedule III and the opening of Europe will reset the requirements for serious operators. Facilities built without that future in mind will struggle to keep up. As a reminder we offer:

* Full architectural planning
* MEP engineering
* Structural engineering
* Construction management

Cultivo is building for where the industry is going.
