We Are Looking For:

Licensed Architects (AIA or equivalent)
Professional Engineers (PE) — structural, civil, mechanical, electrical
Experienced General Contractors & Subcontractors
Construction managers, estimators, and building inspectors

Engagement Scope Includes:

Construction defect analysis
Standard of care evaluations
Cost of repair & project valuation
Code compliance and permitting issues
Expert reports, declarations, and testimony

Ideal Candidates:

Active or recently licensed professionals
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Prior litigation or expert witness experience preferred (not required)

Project Types:

Residential (single-family, multi-unit)
Commercial (retail, industrial, mixed-use)

Last weekend the in honor of Leslie Shaw held a community heath and wellness resource fair and it was a whole vibe !

Huge thanks to Sandra Pruitt our outreach services chair for putting together such a great event. Sandra was also pivotal in helping raise over $1M ten years ago to revitalize this park.

Ir was great to see support from local .hutt and the entire Jefferson Park and neighboring communities and a pleasure meeting all the vendors who helped make this event special.

Special thanks to Sam and the team for providing volunteers. This is what community means !

This event is organized by the United Neighborhoods of the Historic Arlington Heights, West Adams, and Jefferson Park Communities Neighborhood Council (UNNC), .hutt (CD10), and other local organizations.

The Jefferson Park Tree Planting event at 30th Street at 6th Avenue was a huge success. There were plenty of trees for the community and had extra regional friendly milkweed for our local Monarchs and other species of butterfly 🦋 that can’t eat the tropical variants because they’re toxic.

Always nice to see .hutt show support, especially post 🧹, and with Taste of Soul and the Korean Street fair going on at the same time. Special thanks to for feeding our volunteers!
