If you're in Los Angeles, you may have seen our street-level billboards featuring a new campaign for Dave's Killer Bread. If so, you're probably wondering - "What is Second Chance Employment?"

Dave's Killer Bread believes in Second Chance Employment - a commitment to providing career opportunities for all who are fit for the job regardless of criminal history.

As reported by the New York Times, "men with criminal records account for about 34 percent of all nonworking men ages 25 to 54." With background checks being a common hiring practice, a criminal record is often a major barrier to employment.

Thanks to Dave's Killer Bread Foundation and its Second Chance Employment Program, every loaf of bread is proof that everyone deserves a second chance.
