I see so many gifted coaches and service providers whose work is truly transformative, but their client lists don’t reflect how powerful they are.
The problem usually isn’t their craft—it’s that talking about their offers, asking for business, and “selling themselves” feels awkward or out of character.
I used to dread client creation, too. It felt forced and slimy, so I avoided outreach, compared myself to other coaches with full practices, and wondered what I was missing.
Eventually, I pulled from my experience coaching successful business owners, mixed in brain-friendly habits and a playful, game-based structure (because I’m all about making things fun), and designed a simple, doable game focused on consistent client‑creating actions. To my surprise and delight, it actually worked.
I began sharing it with clients and peers, and every person who genuinely played saw an uptick in client opportunities. That framework is now a four‑week challenge beginning April 6.
