This bright man, a former arena football player whose career ended due to a heart problems, is reinventing himself and pursuing his entrepreneurial passion and more. I am a big fan of Tim Ferriss. In this podcast he addresses several listener questions about how he handles the overwhelm of information, requests, social media, etc. coming at him. A few takeaways for me are putting the mobile phone in airplane mode at night and turning off all notifications in order to eliminate distractions which allows better focus. I established a technical boundary last year but turning off said notifications except from a human being which translates to only receiving text messages from real people and not automated services, social media, etc. I highly recommend!
