Our thoughts are with everyone affected by Hurricane Isaias across Florida, Alabama and Georgia.

After landfall near Destin on Friday, fallen trees and downed power lines blocked roads in Pensacola, flooding closed roads in southern Alabama, and roughly 440,000 customers lost power. In moments like this, the hardest part of the response is often access: getting generators, water and supplies to places the usual routes can’t reach.

Aeros is developing the ML866 to help with that gap. It is designed to carry up to 66 tons and to pick up and offload cargo in a controlled hover, without a runway or a landing site at the transfer point. It would add another option alongside existing responders, not replace them.

The airship industry just picked up a third country.

A new production line for heavy-lift cargo airships was just announced in Asia, joining existing operations in Europe and North America. Over 300 aerospace jobs are expected, with first flight targeted for late 2027 and commercial service around 2029.

This isn't one company's bet anymore. It's a global signal: hover-capable, runway-free cargo aircraft are moving from concept to industrial infrastructure, across multiple countries and manufacturing ecosystems at once.

We're building toward the same future, and we like the company we're keeping.

The AI boom has a bottleneck — and it's not chips. It's transformers.

Lead times on high-power transformers have stretched to 3–5 years. Switchgear is sold out through 2028. Nearly half of the data centers planned for this year may face delays simply because the grid equipment to power them doesn't exist yet — or can't get where it needs to go.

Producing more transformers is only half the problem. Getting oversized, multi-ton components to remote or congested project sites is the other half. Aeros is developing the 66-ton ML866 specifically for this: hover-based pickup and offload, no runway, no heavy-haul route constrained by bridges or road capacity.

Building the grid of the future requires a better way to move the grid itself.

37 million people. One heat wave. A wildfire season that won't quit.

This week, Southern California hit 107–108°F — smashing decade-old records — while 37 million residents remain under heat alerts statewide. When extreme heat and wildfire risk spike together, the first casualty is often access: roads close, power lines get de-energized, and emergency crews can't reach the areas that need them most.

Aeroscraft's ML866 is being developed to change that equation — picking up and offloading critical cargo (generators, water systems, shelter supplies) in a controlled hover, without needing a runway or clear road access. When the ground becomes the obstacle, the response has to go up.

Decarbonizing global logistics requires more than just replacing diesel trucks with electric vehicles on paved roads. True sustainability demands an architectural shift in how heavy cargo moves across continents. 🛑

Aeros is engineering the zero-emission future of heavy-lift freight. ☁️️🌿

Powered by clean hydrogen-electric propulsion systems, the Aeroscraft (eVBA) eliminates both operational flight emissions and the massive carbon footprint associated with constructing and maintaining asphalt highways, concrete runways, and deep-water ports.

Zero Direct Emissions: Utilizing hydrogen fuel cell systems for long-range, heavy-lift transit.

Zero Habitat Disruption: Operating without land clearing or runway construction in ecologically sensitive zones.

High-Margin Efficiency: Delivering air-freight speeds at a fraction of traditional fuel and CapEx costs.

Sustainable logistics isn't about incremental fixes to old gridlock. It's about building a clean skyway.

As global supply chains enter the high-volume Q4 shipping crunch, traditional ground networks are once again reaching their physical breaking points. Congested port terminals, driver shortages, and bottlenecked highway corridors continue to inject cost inflation and friction into enterprise logistics. 🛑

Aeros introduces the structural escape valve. ☁️

Our hydrogen-electric Variable Buoyancy Airships (eVBAs) operate as hovering Airborne Fulfillment Centers. By moving freight-scale payloads directly from central production hubs over congested corridors, we completely decouple heavy logistics from vulnerable ground infrastructure.

Zero Runway Dependence: Patented COSH technology enables hover-loading and unloading without airport runways or ground crews.

Point-to-Point Scale: Bypassing highway gridlock to bring industrial freight directly to regional distribution nodes.

Resilience by Design: Eliminating single-point infrastructure failures in peak demand seasons.

We don't wait for ground networks to clear. We rewrite the logistics route from the sky.

2026 has become the most destructive wildfire season in at least a decade. More than 8.3 million acres have burned across the United States between January and August, 166% of the 10-year average for this point in the year, according to the National Interagency Fire Center.

Beyond the immediate danger, wildfires routinely cut off the roads that emergency response depends on, leaving responders with a hard question: how do essential supplies and heavy equipment reach an area when the normal route no longer exists?

The Aeroscraft ML866 is being developed to pick up and offload cargo in a controlled hover, without requiring a runway or landing at the transfer site. With a planned 66 ton payload, it's designed to support moving generators, water systems, and other recovery equipment to approved locations even when ground access is cut off.

When the road disappears, the mission still has to move.

Major carriers have confirmed holiday surcharges taking effect October 4, adding extra fees across Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and other shipping services just as order volumes climb heading into the season.

It's a predictable pattern at this point: last-mile delivery already accounts for over half of total shipping costs, the highest cost segment in the entire supply chain, and demand for speed keeps rising faster than the infrastructure built to support it.

This is the exact gap our E-Commerce Airborne Warehouse concept is designed to address. Instead of adding more trucks and routes to an already strained system, consolidated orders would travel by air to a Neighborhood Delivery Area, with drones completing the final leg, aiming for delivery within 60 minutes, not by beating traffic, but by building a network above it.

Moving a single wind turbine to its site typically requires seven to eight separate oversized truckloads, one for the nacelle, three for the blades, and four for the tower sections, according to NREL's transportation review. Each load needs its own permits, route surveys, and often road modifications just to clear bridges and turns.

Multiply that across a wind farm with 50 to 100 turbines, and the logistics coordination becomes a project in itself, sometimes more complex than the construction that follows.

The Aeroscraft is designed to change that equation. By transporting oversized cargo directly to the site and offloading in a controlled hover, we're working to remove one of the most expensive and time consuming parts of the entire wind energy build process, without requiring the convoy of trucks or the road infrastructure they depend on.

The wind turbine transport logistics market is now valued at over $4 billion in 2026 and growing at more than 10% annually, driven largely by one persistent challenge: turbine components keep getting bigger. Blades now regularly exceed 100 meters in length, and nacelles can weigh hundreds of tonnes, pushing conventional trucking to its limits with road closures, bridge inspections, and specialized es**rt vehicles.

This is precisely the problem the Aeroscraft is designed to solve. By transporting oversized cargo directly to the project site, without depending on runways or extensive ground infrastructure, we're working to remove one of the most expensive and time consuming parts of the entire wind energy build process.

As turbines keep scaling up, the industry needs a way to move them that scales with them.
