Growing up I went to a Christian preschool then a Christian school for MS & HS. Living a life of service was instilled upon me and I’m so thankful for that. Positive impact matters!

The world can be a difficult, cold place, but each of us have the ability to make it a little better…Especially in times of need like now.

In honor of MLK Jr Day, here’s a reminder.

IMAGINE looking back one day and realizing...YOU were
BRAVE enough to CHASE the LIFE you TRULY WANTED and IT WORKED.

Been a rough 9 months mentally & physically for me and some of my closest family & loved ones.

Embracing the bad times, because I know they’ll make me stronger, help with character development & make me appreciate the good times even more.

But I’ve been procrastinating, so it’s time to throw the excuses out the rear view window & push the gas pedal forward to lock in tunnel vision these last 3 months of 2025.

No day is promised. Each day, hour and minute is a gift!

God first + Faith + Passion ❤️ + Purpose + Positive Impact🙏🏻👀📈📉📈♾️🏁

(had to repost on this verse) bcuz these athletes go through a lot physically all and mentally. Having been a biz manager/ assistant for pro athletes I can only imagine the fantasy football managers & sports betters who send him hateful messages. He’s human and dealing with enough physically and mentally. The fact his posted started with “I’m sorry” shows a lot. But having faith in God is key 🔐.

2025 RISE Women’s Sports Conference

Shoutout to for hosting!

Loved the speakers/panels/topics & networking with fellow attendees! They brought an incredible group of high level, accomplished people into the room who are all doing amazing things to continue to RISE 📈♾️ and grow ! Such a great event! I left very inspired and motivated. Highly recommend for next year.

As the leader in Sports Business Journalism & Media showed us why, by breaking news in front of us about hiring new CMO Liz Marrow as a special guest added to their panel in real time!

The overall theme is YES investments and growth are happening at exponential levels now compared to before…BUT…We must continue to support Women’s Sports/athletes and women working in sports. Go to games, buy tickets, buy merch, watch games on TV or it costs you $0 to like/comment/ engage on social media! This helps lead to brand deals and sponsorships.

At the same time, we CANNOT forget to honor, give thanks and appreciate those who came before us from female athletes to female front office executives who paved the way with little respect, minimal fiscal investments and support.
