I’m blowing up my consulting agency.
Here’s the deal.
Big businesses aren’t all they’re cracked up to be.
I’ve done it. Hit seven figures. Scaled up.
And built something I couldn’t stand.
A $1M business doesn’t fix anything.
It’s just more stress, less profit, and the same problems—only bigger.
After hitting a $1M+ run rate in 2024, I realized I hated what I built.
So I’m tearing it all down and starting over.
This time, I’m doing it my way.
I’ve reinvented myself as an entrepreneur so many times.
Built successful businesses. Exited them.
And every time, the grind sucked the life out of me.
Here’s the truth.
There’s no “dream life” at the end of a big money goal.
You have to design your dream life first.
Then build your business around it.
Having a kid forced me to wake up.
My family became my priority.
Now I have hard rules.
No work after 2 PM. Fridays off.
Deep work in the mornings. Calls and meetings later.
I dropped sales calls.
Being good at something you hate is a trap.
I’m done falling for it.
I’m world-class at creating systems that generate predictable revenue and remove founders from the business.
Now I’m rebuilding my own systems to work for me—not the other way around.
My mission is simple:
Build a $1M business that works on my terms.
Comfortable. On my timeline. In abundance.
Here’s how:
- Making Leverage my core offer to help founders create leverage in their businesses.
- Running ads to flood my pipeline with leads.
- Reaching out personally to plug leads into my ecosystem or share insights they can use.
- Taking on 10 1:1 clients to build systems that hum and give them freedom.
- Relaunching my mastermind, Levels, to help founders build their forever business.
- Updating Community Builder to validate offers and create predictable sales for just $50/week.
And I’m doing it all with a lean team.
This isn’t about impressing anyone.
It’s about freedom.
Freedom to work in my genius zone.
To create what excites me.
And to live the life I’ve chosen.
This is my plan for 2025.
