Our PDA team enjoyed a wonderful evening with the Inglewood Transit Connector (ITC) Project Team, City leadership and local business owners at 1010 W**e in Downtown Inglewood.

It was a meaningful opportunity to connect, share updates and hear directly from the businesses that help make the Downtown Inglewood and Market Street corridors thrive.

We look forward to continuing this important community engagement as the ITC project moves forward.

🌉 Building bridges and building futures!

PDA Youth Engagement was excited to join Bridges Summer STEAM Camp for a hands-on bridge-building challenge where students put their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to the test.

We also shared PDA’s work in the community and introduced students to the many career opportunities available in the construction industry. Watching these young minds collaborate, innovate, and bring their ideas to life was truly inspiring!

As we close out Read Across America Week, we’re proud to highlight the impact of our partners at HPTJV and the PDA Foundation.

Throughout the week, members of our project team volunteered their time to read with students and host a book giveaway, sharing stories connected to STEAM, construction, and the skills that help shape future builders, engineers, and leaders.

In just a short time, 467 books were collected and distributed, putting meaningful resources directly into the hands of young readers.

Special thanks to The Kid Builds a Library for leading the charge and inspiring all of us to support literacy and opportunity in our communities. 📚

Our President Pamela Penn Kicked off Women’s History Month speaking on an incredible panel during the Women in Construction (WIC) Week 2026 Luncheon.

Industry leaders came together to discuss how personal growth strengthens communities, careers, and the future of women in construction.

This , we’re proud to stand with youth leadership in action. 📚

Our spotlight is on Jeremiah, the founder of thekidbuildsalibrary he chose to build instead of wait, putting books directly into the hands of young readers at a time when access matters most.

His vision aligns with our work at PDA Consulting Group and our partners HPTJV and Elevate BUR. Literacy builds confidence, expands opportunity, and helps students see themselves as future builders and leaders.

We proudly matched his book donation to Providencia Elementary and we’re still counting.

One kid. One book. One library at a time. 📚✨

Jobs Coordinator Anthony Matlock proudly represented PDA Consulting Group at The Penta Building Group’s Topping Out Ceremony for the HILDA L. SOLIS Environmental Justice Center.

This project represents more than construction progress. It reflects continued investment in communities, opportunity, and access.

We’re proud to stand alongside our partners as this important center moves closer to completion and to seeing the positive impact it will bring.
