You want to work for Tactical Risk Group?
We are pleased to inform everyone that the Tactical Risk Group has signed an business agreement regarding ManPower with the largest company in the MSO industry.
Tactical Risk Group are actively recruiting fully qualified MSO's Team Members.
British, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian,Croatia,Czech Republic,Estonia, Hungary, Litvia, Lithuanian, Slovakian,Slovenian.
Basic requirements for team members:
- Former NATO military with demonstrable frontline experience within the past 10 years. Must have completed at least one Operational tour Iraq or Afganistan ( dates must be provided).
- Special Forces, Commando or Infantry trained individuals preferred, but other branches will be considered.
- Must not have left the military more than 8 years before unless '' grandfather rights'' apply ( see below):
- No dishonourably discharged ( or similar) personel.
- A clean Criminal Record Bureau ( or equivalent ) check which is in date ( max 12 months). Foregin CRB checks must be translated into English:
- Completed a Fi****ms Competency Course ( FCC) within the last 12 months, which is refreshed annually. All certifications must detail weapons trained on and objectives achieved durning training. Live firing on the type and calibre of weapon that team member will be depolying with is required.
- Received PMSC induction & refresher by training by an ISO 28007 accredited PMSC, with training records signed by the individual:
- Medical fitness ( min ENG1) or equivalent and mental health assured ( GP declaration ) required.
Psychometric tests recommended:
- Haved vaild inculations for the transit region:
- Have passed an annual Drugs and Alcohol ( D&A) test :
- At minimum have completed an FPON ( First Person on scene ) or TCCC ( Tactical Combat Casuality Care)
Team member with Grandfather Rights :;
- PAST who have worked with a Oil Major`s pre-vetted before, and have completed at least one transit on Oil Major's - maneged or chartered vessel since ,1 Jan 2016:
Oil Major`s minimum requirements for PAST Teams ( including weapons):
- A team must consist of minimum of 3 team members:
Max 2 Nato nationalities per team in 1x2 composition .
or 4 semi- automatic weapons of one type and calibre only. No weapon system with calibre
smaller than 7.62 will be approved for embarkation Tactical Risk Group will be holding an Induction Course at our facilities
On 2nd- 3rd of May 2019 Gdynia/Kolbudy Poland.
Attention !!! All costs related to the Indaction date and renewal of MSO qualifications plus food, accommodation costs and return flights to Poland will be covered by, our business partners from Great Britain and at no initial cost to the candidate.
