🚀 We’re Hiring: Paid Media Manager – Facebook & Google Ads

ShapeShift Group is growing, and we’re looking for someone who knows their way around Facebook and Google Ads and loves digging into campaign performance.

You’ll be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and improving advertising campaigns for automotive dealerships across the country.

We’re looking for someone who:

đź“Š Loves analyzing campaign data
⚙️ Knows how to optimize Meta & Google Ads
🔍 Enjoys figuring out why a campaign is or isn’t performing
đźš— Has automotive marketing experience (a big plus, but not required)
đź’» Is comfortable working remotely and independently

ShapeShift Group is growing, and we're looking for our next Junior Account Manager to join our fully remote team.

This isn't just another bland marketing position.

You'll work directly with senior account managers helping automotive dealerships across the country improve their Facebook & Google Ads performance. You'll learn digital marketing, develop analytical problem-solving skills, build strong client relationships, and gain hands-on experience managing real advertising campaigns.

Most importantly, this role has a clear path for growth. Our goal is to promote the right person into an Account Manager role where you'll manage your own portfolio of clients and become a trusted marketing advisor.

If you're excited by CPCs, CTRs, ROAS, and and want to grow with a fast-growing agency, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work alongside a nimble, ambitious team where your ideas matter and your growth won't get lost in a large corporate hierarchy.
