It IS easy being green! A little late, but I made this delicious pasta salad for St. Patricks day.

First, steam some fresh broccoli, asparagus and English peas- or any veggies you have. Toss cooked whole wheat pasta with equal parts pesto & Alfredo (used homemade pesto and a lite store bought Alfredo). Top with the veggies and a hit of lemon juice. I added a little bit of Rocco and Lola's almond breading- Yum!!
