Nice to meet you! My name is Inna Vinchenko. I have worked in the field of graphic design for 20 years, creating an incredible number of wonderful projects for my clients. I am shocked when I think that so many years have really passed! 😯😍

I have worked with clients such as SUBARU, NIVEA, VOGUE, DANONE, national TV channel ICTV, British singer SEAL, known branding, and ads agencies in Ukraine, and the list goes on. I was a TOP freelancer on Upwork, earning $1500 month. Got my income level as a designer $10k per project.

For the last 5 years, I have been running a blog on Instagram where I mentor graphic designers, teaching them how to build a freelance business and earn decent money. During this time, I created my business course, which was completed by more than 200 people.

Experience working with clients, launching successful brands, and mentoring skills have led me on a new path. At one point, I realized that I no longer wanted to just create designs and launch brands.

I want to do something much more meaningful. Now, I help women who want to create their own business or already have one, learn how to grow quickly on the Internet. They can package their business on Instagram, create mini sales funnels for their products or services, and reach the income of their dreams without burning out. It all started a long time ago. But I didn't want to and couldn't accept it. I love my job so much, and over the past 5 years, I have grown in my professionalism and business. I've been in the design field for about 20 years... I'm shocked myself when I think about it. I'll never forget the day when I didn't have a portfolio and needed to find a job.

A month ago, I suddenly realized that I couldn't do it anymore. I couldn't sit down at the computer and create projects. My soul longs for something else.

It was a conscious decision. Over all those years working with clients, I absorbed a lot of knowledge that goes beyond design.

This is what I've learned:
✅️I understand marketing well;
✅️I know how to grow Instagram and get clients;
✅️how to launch a brand that will become a star in the niche;
✅️how to sell without selling;
✅️how to quickly build up from scratch, and this is not the end of the list.

My main SUPERPOWER is to find a person's superpower and help them unleash it to the fullest. I love it!🔥😍

And this will be my new direction. I'm still in the process of understanding what my Instagram profile is like, what exactly my personal brand is, what I sell, and how I will promote my new direction. But I'm excited about it! - Предпочтение тем, кто только начал свой путь в графическом дизайне и хочет практиковаться на реальных проектах;
- Хочет оттачивать свои навыки в дизайне;
- Учиться у меня работе с клиентами;
- Возможность карьерного роста и дохода.
Что нужно будет делать:
- разрабатывать дизайн рекламных макетов, визуала для инстаграм, создавать фирменный стиль под моим руководством, дизайн страниц сайта, верстка многостраничных макетов и презентаций, дизайн для различных носителей фирменного стиля.

Работа удаленная, стандартный рабочий день с 11 до 19 по москве, сб вс выходные.
