Verbal agreements.
“Everyone knows how we do things.”
“We’ve always handled it this way.”

That might work… until it doesn’t.

👉🏾 Because when there’s no documentation, there’s no consistency.

And when there’s no consistency?

Decisions get challenged
Expectations get blurred
Accountability disappears

That’s where risk lives.
