There is a lot of engineering behind a good door. Steel framing, glass weight, hardware placement, and tolerances all have to work together. We spend a lot of time figuring those details out before we start cutting metal.

We fabricated the steel frame for this stained-glass installation, building the curves and circular sections to support the glass and define the overall composition. Once the glass was installed, all that structure came together with color, turning a fabrication project into a finished piece of art.

Production Manager | Fenestrations
The Production Manager, Fenestrations, is a key leadership role responsible for all shop operations for the fenestrations line, including steel doors, windows, and skylight systems. This person owns fabrication scheduling, quality control, vendor coordination, and team leadership for the department, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. The role is hands-on: expect time on the shop floor as much as in scheduling and planning meetings.

Project Manager
The Project Manager runs projects from award through installation, owning schedule, budget, and communication across design, the shop, and the field. This person is the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors on assigned projects, and holds internal departments accountable for meeting deadlines. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations.

A lot of geometry to figure out. Straight runs, tight curves, and a handle that has to sit right where the two meet.

The weld is only as good as the setup behind it. If the parts don’t fit, the torch isn’t going to save you. Solid welding starts with solid fabrication.

A project from a couple of years ago that still feels pretty special to look back on. This home was featured in Architectural Digest, and we were lucky enough to contribute the range hood and blackened bar. Both pieces had their own challenges, but they were also the kind of projects that make the work fun.
