If you’re waking up 5 times a night, running on coffee and love, wondering how you’ll make it through the day — I see you. And I continue to understand you.

I offer overnight sleep training that has changed and helped so many families lives. Not just more sleep… but more patience, more presence, feeling more human again.

We set the clocks ⏰ back on Sunday November 2, 2025. If you are like most parents this is when you get very nervous because your 630am riser, is now a 530am-er! Eeeek! 😵
Scariest Halloween 🎃 story right here!
Don’t freak out too much, here’s the deal (& a good plan to prepare..)
Starting on Tuesday October 28th inch your babies 👶 naps and night 💤 sleep 💤 later by 15 minutes than normal every 2 days.
(It usually takes a few days for your child to adjust. Your child will be back to their own sleep patterns in 3-5 days after DST.)

2. Blackout blinds help with daylight savings time since the sun comes up earlier, so giving them darkness will maintain a steady flow of melatonin production- yes! We want this! 🥳

3. If you have a child in a crib who has a Ok to wake clock set their “OK to wake” time 15 min later every 2 days to help them adjust. (Start this on Tuesday 10/28 too)
