Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Concierge / Front Desk Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by remaining visible, actively monitoring the premises, and maintaining access control.

They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Customer Service Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Improvement District is part of a Bicycle Patrol team. If selected you’ll be properly trained and mentored to proactively, identify and prevent criminal activity and other unwelcomed behaviors. This is done primarily via bike patrol but may also include patrolling by foot or vehicle.

As a Community Ambassador Bike patrolman you’re a presence and representation of safety and security intended to foster the deterrence of unsuitable and unsolicited behaviors.

Note: If Hired Securitas can provide a guard card and candidates must meet company safe driving requirements and know how to ride a bicycle.
