There's nothing magical ✨️ about yesterday versus today. Having said that, yesterday's troubles can seem very different with today's mindset 🧠.

As we start another year, my hope is that yesterday's 📅 mindset 😔 does not affect today's ability to take full advantage of opportunities. My prayer 🙏🏾 is that yesterday's activities 😫 that did not go the direction you desired become lessons 👨🏻‍🎓 🙌🏾 that give you the ability to draw ✏️ a new blueprint for victory🏅and 2023 .

New Frontier 🚀
Leadership🤴🏾
Innovation 💡

I had a moment to think 🤔 over the 3 Day 📅 weekend. How is it that some are able are able to enter a new frontier? How is it that song can show steady and impactful leadership? How is it that 2 people from the same school 👩🏼‍🎓and with similar work experience rarely both become innovators👨🏾‍🔬? Only one of them do. I talk about this in my book 📖 (Kingdom Business: Licensed to Lead).

There are several factors but the one I want to touch on right now is interpersonal skills. I have a question for you - who advises you? Who has done things that you have not done so that your vision 👀 is balanced ⚖️ and your perspective is expanded? Who has your ear? Who's ear 👂🏿 do you have? Who has the courage to tell you what you need to hear?

If you are the smartest person in the room , you are in the wrong room. If no one in your circle can challenge you, your circle must change. If you cannot take advice - if you cannot follow, you will be a terrible leader. Great leadership is not always comfortable 🛌 but it's necessary to do your part in changing the world🌍!

Take a close look 👀 and study this picture - is the hill going up ⬆️ or going down⬇️? I have come to realize that our experiences can affect what we see 😶. If we've had a number of challenges, then everything begins to look like a challenge💪🏽. If life has been a breeze, then everything tends to look easy🙌🏾. What's important is not what happened but how we react to what has happened. The combination of perspective and the people 🧔👩🏼‍🎓👩🏽‍💻🤴🏾 we place around us allow us to move and to see challenges as an opportunity to learn and to do differently.

Who speaks 🗣 into your life?
