What is provocation? To "bait" someone is to intentionally makes a person angry by saying or doing things to annoy them. Baiting is provocative act used to solicit an angry, aggressive or emotional response from another individual. Is this pleasing to God? Have you (honestly) provoked someone and pretend to not know it? Ask God.
