What problem do you solve? Acne? Hyperpigmentation? Aging? Tell people how you help.

3️⃣ Post a before & after.
Show the transformation and end with a clear call to action:

Then here’s the part most estheticians skip…

Wait 1–2 hours and go through everyone who viewed your stories.

Start conversations.

Introduce yourself.
Ask about their skin concerns.
See how you can help.

Too many estheticians make their content about themselves:

Instead, make it about the client:
“How can I serve you?”

The best service providers don’t wait for clients to come to them. They create conversations.

Stop Making Your Marketing About You.

One of the biggest mistakes I see estheticians make is that their marketing is all about themselves.

“Look at my certification.”
“Look at my treatment room.”
“Look at this before and after.”

Meanwhile, your potential client is thinking:

“Can you help my acne?”
“Can you help my pigmentation?”
“Can you help me feel more confident?”

Most clients don’t care how many classes you’ve taken.

They care about whether you understand their problem and have a solution.

When you’re creating content, stop asking:

“What do I want people to know about me?”

Start asking:

“What does my client need to hear today?”

Are you talking about the client experience?

Or are you talking about yourself?

Because those are two very different marketing strategies.
