D**k 4 Pink: A warm AVAC (Almaden Valley Athletic Club) for holding their D**k 4 Pink pickleball tournament to raise funds for breast cancer awareness and prevention.

Inspired by AVAC member Alex Camp who cited a routine mammogram helped her catch her cancer early, proceeds from the D**k 4 Pink event went to Cancer CAREpoint, a San Jose, California-based nonprofit organization, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Bay Area residents impacted by cancer by providing support services and programs tailored to meet individual needs.

Pasta as comfort food: A warm shout out to our customer East Bank Club for volunteering in September at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, an organization that has provided food for those in need in Chicago and Cook County since 1979.

The ECB team sorted, inspected and boxed shipments of a total of 7,650 lbs. of pasta!

Halloween treats by the lot: A spirited nod to our customer Albert Lea Family YMCA in Minnesota for holding its "Trunk or Treat" annual event on October 25. As a twist to traditional trick-or-treating, members of the community are invited to "decorate" the trunks of their vehicles and park at the Y's parking lot for handing out Halloween treats.

An epic run: Congratulations to our customer French Lick Resort for celebrating its 180th birthday this year. In its original stately wooden incarnation, the Indiana-based hotel opened seasonly in 1845 and advertised the health benefits of the Pluto Water, the natural springs and sulphur baths on its property.

Today French Lick Springs Hotel and its adjacent West Baden Springs Hotel offer spa treatments, golf courses, pools, horseback riding, fine dining and, of course, gym facilities.

More than 300 runners, walkers and joggers gathered to raise funds for the Drew North Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on awareness of mental health struggles and su***de prevention.
