It’s going to be a vibe every time babes. So read this to know my game plan ⬇️
Pumpfidence choreography has many flavors and elements. I take so much pride in that. With that said, it feels very right to me that every combo I teach in this “Foundational” class focuses on ONE of these primary flavors and elements at a time.

For my first combo of this kind, the focus was creating moments through grooves! Grooves are soulful, repetitive movements that feel like a party. Hitting grooves in a 👠 has a unique feminine details involved. The repetition gives your body the chance it needs to REALLY get to know it as well as builds up your strength and conditioning.

Starting tomorrow I am officially teaching a weekly Monday night beginner Pumpfidence class!
Wow… It’s been a LONG time in the making but my heart is fully here and invested in this.

I’m really excited to share this kind of space with you all consistently. This will center around a choreographed combo just like my intermediate / advanced Pumpfidence classes do but the choreography will take you through how less can be more.

It will be a new beginner combo every Monday and I will also be filming every Monday night with .media too because the camera can be our absolute best mirror when it comes to learning ourselves as a dancer inside and out.

I can’t wait to dance with you.
