NEW SEARCH ANNOUNCEMENT -- VALLEY COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
We're so excited to continue our partnership with Valley Community Healthcare and to launch this new search for C.F.O. This is an ideal role for a seasoned, nonprofit financial leader who is mission- and impact-driven, and who excels in an environment where new ideas, innovation, and creative problem solving – not ‘business as usual’ – are driving the day.
Valley Community Healthcare is a $30+ MM community health organization and FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) that provides comprehensive, high-quality health services at little or no cost to hundreds of individuals and families in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley every year.
We’re especially interested in candidates with:
+ previous financial leadership experience in nonprofit healthcare organizations, especially FQHCs
+ deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial scenario planning
+ strong knowledge of reimbursement systems (Medicaid, Medi-Cal, Medicare, etc.)
+ proficiency with financial, billing, and accounting systems – ideally including systems migration/transformation
+ proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams
+ passion for VCH’s mission of ensuring access to high quality healthcare services regardless of ability to pay

Compensation is targeted in the $215,000 to $230,000 range with full benefits.
