New Upper Body Gym Workout!

This workout is a combination of high volume reps + heavy reps. A mixture of push + pull movements i like combine together

Bench press (3 x 10)

Bent Over Cable Chest Fly (3 x 12)

Cable Back Rows (3 x 12-15)

Barbell Shoulder Press (5 x 5)

Field Goals (3 x 20)

Seated Dumbbell Back Flys (3 x 20)

Barbell Reverse Curls (5 x 5)

Tricep Rope Extensions (3 x 12-15)

Bicep Curl Machine (5 x 5)

Overhead Cable Bicep curls (3 x 15-20)

Rest 1-2 minutes between each set. Depending how long you need a rest and skill level

Front rack feeling tight or uncomfortable? 👀

If you can’t get your elbows high enough or keep your fingers under the bar, your lats and upper back might be holding you back ⚠️

The lat box stretch is a game changer for opening up the front rack position 🔥

Focus on:
✔️ Elbows locked at 90°
✔️ Aggressive upper back rounding
✔️ Driving shoulders toward the floor

Then pair it with back rack elbow rotations to reinforce the new range 🙌

Mobility + movement = better positions under the bar 💪
