New Upper Body Gym Workout!
This workout is a combination of high volume reps + heavy reps. A mixture of push + pull movements i like combine together

Bench press (3 x 10)
Bent Over Cable Chest Fly (3 x 12)
Cable Back Rows (3 x 12-15)
Barbell Shoulder Press (5 x 5)
Field Goals (3 x 20)
Seated Dumbbell Back Flys (3 x 20)
Barbell Reverse Curls (5 x 5)
Tricep Rope Extensions (3 x 12-15)
Bicep Curl Machine (5 x 5)
Overhead Cable Bicep curls (3 x 15-20)
Rest 1-2 minutes between each set. Depending how long you need a rest and skill level
