Miles High Productions (MHP) was created to bridge the gap of companies working directly with music artists and entertainment based projects who are in need of additional marketing support. MHP also focuses on non-music ventures such as corporate brand building, cosmetics, gaming, sports and other industries. MHP’s goal is to elevate your product or artist to a higher ground in an expedient time f

rame by exposing them to new and existing online audiences. MHP also focuses on taking our campaigns one step further by cross-promoting all traditional methods of marketing with online opportunities for further outreach. Chip Schutzman formed MHP in July of 2003 after observing a gradual lack of efforts made to effectively promote artists online. Sometimes limited resources to market artists in a traditional sense and the results are minimal based on today’s trends in downsizing of companies and lack of resources. MHP’s list of services to music labels, artist management and artists and to other companies are a complement or supplement to co-existing traditional marketing plan strategies.

YEARS 2-19: 2002–2020: We round out our 25th anniversary month with the band who started it all off for us: Heart, led by Ann and Nancy Wilson. We started working with Ann and Nancy as early as 1998, when they headlined as The Lovemongers during their "Whirlygig" tour. Over the years, we've worked with Nancy's band, Roadcase Royale, as well as with Ann's solo album "Hope and Glory," and with Heart's releases "Jupiter's Darling," "Red Velvet Car," "Fanatic," and "Beautiful Broken," as well as several greatest-hits releases. These photos are a few of the many great memories shared over the years. From all of us at Miles High Productions, thank you for allowing us to share some of our own "greatest hits," and we're excited to create more milestones and greatest hits for our clients over the next 25 years!

YEAR 11 - 2012: We were brought on to assist a new artist at the time named Lukas Nelson with his new album release "Wasted," which became one of Chip's favorite new artists to support at the time. Lukas is the son of Willie Nelson and was on tour with his band, Promise of the Real. You can see a young Lukas performing "Wasted" on The David Letterman Show at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTWuN9mKs0w&t=103s

After this album release, Lukas went on to pen eight songs for the movie "A Star Is Born," featuring Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. KNOWN FACT: Bradley went to Lukas's residence in Venice Beach for about a year during the taping, on weeknights from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., to learn the guitar parts for the movie.

YEAR 14 - 2015: Taking it back to the time when Frankee and I went to Johannesburg, South Africa, for our client meeting with EDM artist C'nky Siwela. Frankee and I met with the label in Johannesburg and had set up press and interviews for C'nky while we were there. Visiting Cape Town and the Cape of Good Hope, and going on a fun safari adventure, were some of the many highlights of this great business trip to Africa.
