I've had the pictured bit for 1.5 months and at first it left the cleanest finished edges. Now there's not a single piece it cuts that's actually sellable. Any tips are appreciated.

Does anyone have info/steps on how to calibrate a SCM Morbidelli x50 CNC machine with new router bits (and tool holders/collets as well) for the first time? I started a new job at a custom cabinet shop as CNC operator, but I'm responsible for setting up their new machine for production, maintenance & cabinet design/Mozaik software duties. I just ordered a new set of tools so any help or direction is greatly appreciated - happy to pay it forward.

I'm hoping it's easier than the Laguna Smart Shop 2 for the first time. Otherwise, being in charge of this machine has been very exciting.
