📋 Option 2: Resident Qualifying Manager (For Individual CLEET Holders)

Are you looking for supplemental income with a very low time commitment? We need an Oklahoma resident with an active CLEET license to serve as our legal Qualifying Agent. We handle all dispatching and daily operations. Your role is strictly focused on high-level state compliance (signing paperwork, occasional spot-checks). Compensation is a flat monthly retainer based on our active contracts.

• Must be a legally verifiable, current resident of Oklahoma.
• Must hold an active, valid Oklahoma CLEET Security License.
• Must have a clean background and be in good standing with state regulators.

Shift Details
Time: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-Hour Shifts)
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available to fit your lifestyle.

The Mission

You will be responsible for managing site access and security during the overnight hours. Because you will be working independently, we require absolute integrity. You must be the type of person who carries out their duties diligently and works as if someone is watching, even when they are not.

Key Duties:

Manage gate controls and verify credentials for all arrivals.
Maintain accurate visitor and traffic logs.
Use your smartphone to clock in/out and submit shift reports.
Maintain a professional and alert presence throughout the night.

Mandatory Requirements
18+ years old.
Extreme reliability; able to work without direct supervision.
Clean background check and able to pass a drug test.
Active Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
Active smartphone required for timekeeping/reporting apps.
