Sometimes, as we are working on a customer hot part for example on lathe machine breaks down and all other machines are busy running customer parts. Part needs to be delivered in couple of days and cannot wait. Time like this I grabbed the stock and put it on Mill to finish the part. It takes a lot longer than finishing it on CNC lathe but the job gets done.
A job like that 15”x5” tall requires lots of tools and lots of operation to get it done but I do it only with two operations three tools!

There are many ways to finish a large radius/Fillet on any type of parts out there by removing shape edges and make it lot safer to handle by braking the edges or fillet edges.
We can do it in 3D format or multi-axis "Deburr!"
