Please help our U.S. military veterans heal and reintegrate into their civilian and family lives by joining Pegasus Rising’s Veterans Recycling Program and donating your California CRV aluminum cans, plastic bottles and glass bottles.

Our Veterans Recycling Program will also help provide veterans with vocational opportunities as they transition from their military service. Pegasus Rising is a tax exempt non-profit that provides equine therapy free of charge to U.S. military service members of all eras. Your recyclable donations are tax deductible and we will arrange to pick them up on a schedule that meets your needs and we will send you a tax donation receipt on a monthly basis after processing your recyclables for cash.

Temporary Closure due to Covid-19 Virus Precautions

Dear Friends,

After much thought and consideration, we have decided to temporarily close our recycling center facility, effective Friday, March 20th, 2020.

We unfortunately can no longer continue to operate safely given increased Covid-19 public health precautions.

We feel it is our responsibility as a community to take all measures possible to help prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus and to limit human contact as much as possible in the early stages of this pandemic.

If we fail as a community to do our part, hospitals and medical centers will be too overwhelmed to care for those infected with the virus and there will be unnecessary loss.

We sincerely thank everyone for your patience and understanding during these uncertain times and can't wait to see your beautiful faces again soon.
