Join Donnachadh Family Wines at The Wine House on Saturday, June 14th for the annual Tasting of Sta. Rita Hills event.

This walk-around tasting brings together a thoughtful collection of wineries from across the Sta. Rita Hills, allowing you to explore a large variety the region’s Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and other cool-climate wines side by side.

We’re grateful to be included and would love to share a glass with you there.

Blending at the winery.

Our 2025 Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir is coming together beautifully. It was another good year — long and cool, giving the fruit plenty of time to develop depth and character.

The 2A clone, Wadenswil, which makes up much of our SRH Pinot, is some of the best we’ve seen yet. We look forward to sharing this with you in our Fall Release.

A big year for thistles at the vineyard.

The thistle is Scotland’s national flower. Legend has it that during the Battle of Largs in the 13th century, an army of barefoot Norse intruders stepped on its thorn and cried out, revealing their plan of attack.

With Donnachadh rooted in Scottish heritage, it feels fitting to have them here.
