We finished off the 2026 harvest with a big haul of Grenache! Huge gratitude for our vineyard and cellar crews. This vintage was certainly unique—beginning several weeks earlier than “normal” and weathering two intense heat events. That said, the fruit came in beautifully and the numbers are lining up 💯

Meet our RR Chef, Nacho!
Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, Nacho loves living in the Santa Ynez Valley which he has called home for the last 5 years. He especially loves salads (his current favorite dish is our Los Olivos Panzanella!) and believes that making them is like a game where he can constantly change the flavors, proteins, ingredients and colors. Nacho loves incorporating veggies from Roblar Farm into his dishes and feels they bring more authenticity to the food. On his days off, Nacho enjoys walking on the beach or going to the gym. If you see him at the Refugio Food Truck you’ll probably hear his techno or house music keeping the energy up while he’s cooking.

As Nacho says, “I like to inspire the people around me by sharing my knowledge of food and creating a fun work environment that ultimately leads to the results that end up on the plate.” 🥗😁🙏
