Birthday Chicchetti Party in Afton Virginia last evening. We didn't capture pictures of everything unfortunately, but here's the menu: Charcouterie Board featuring Meadowcreek Grayson, Taleggio, Bellavitano Herbs de Provence and Rum Runner cheeses with Serrano Ham, Soprasetta, Proscuitto, Napoli Salame. We found some beautiful Kumquats, Gooseberries, Red Currants and Fig Preserves to go with Bosc Pear and Pink Lady Apple on the cheese board. Flank Steak with Kale and Romano Pesto served on Pink Salt Block. Tuscan Sausage with Blistered Grapes and Goat Cheese Polenta with Balsamic Reduction. Seared Sea Scallop with Cauliflower Gastric. Smoked Almond Stuffed Date wrapped in Berkshire Bacon. Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Black Garlic Aioli. Thanks to for all her help @ Anna's Kitchen Personal Chefs
