Pastors are great at helping other people, but often donโt know what to do when they struggle. They try to keep up appearances, and try to handle their struggles on their own.
We donโt feel like we can ask for help, but ๐๐๐ฅ๐ง๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ค๐ฃ is a mental illness that needs to be discussed as well as treated. It is so vitally important ๐๐ง๐๐๐๐๐๐ง๐จ, and all others, to seek help, to love, comfort, support and listen to one another. โ๐๐ตโ๐ด ๐ฐ๐ฌ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐ฉ๐ข๐ท๐ฆ ๐
