A growing, fast-paced full service lawn, landscape maintenance, and snow removal company seeks a full-time Lawn Care Crew Leader. The preferred candidate is an energetic, highly motivated individual with experience in the lawn and landscape industry.

Position Type: Crew Leader/ Full Time
Compensation: $20-25 hourly (Depending on experience)
Location: Louisville, Ky
Schedule: Monday -Friday, additional/flexible hours as required including Saturday.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Licensing:
-Valid driver’s license required
-Reliable transportation required
-Strong leadership abilities, sound decision making ability and proficiency with all types of lawn care equipment

Work Experience:
1 Year minimum working/performing similar duties.
Ability to operate mowing equipment.
