Frank and Paula Harshaw are longtime champions of our community whose leadership and generosity have made a lasting impact across Greater Louisville. They have dedicated their lives to philanthropy and community leadership and both are members of the United Way Worldwide Million Dollar Roundtable.

Inspired by Frank’s own experience growing up in foster care, he launched a groundbreaking partnership with Metro United Way and local nonprofits to support youth in foster care, an effort recognized by the Kentucky General Assembly. The Harshaws have been instrumental supporters of our United Neighborhoods initiative--an innovative, place-based approach to create lasting change in under-resourced neighborhoods in our region.
