Another sewer line project in the books over in the Crescent Hill area!

This beautiful 1930’s home had an aging sewer line that was well past its prime. Our crew came in, replaced the old line, and completed a brand-new sewer connection to keep everything flowing the way it should for years to come. Older homes have a lot of character, but the plumbing underneath often needs a little modernization to match.

Buying new appliances is exciting… but paying for installation through the big box stores isn’t always the best part.

Many customers are surprised to learn that installers from places like Lowe’s or Home Depot often cannot touch your existing water lines due to liability restrictions. That means when delivery day comes, your brand-new appliance might still not be hooked up.

Here’s an easier way to handle it 👇

When ordering your appliance, skip the store’s installation and only schedule delivery. Then call our office and we’ll coordinate with you to come out the same day and handle the proper change-out and connection so everything is installed safely and working before the day is over.

Frozen Pipe Advisory

Due to the extreme cold, if your pipes are frozen solid, there is unfortunately very little that can be done at this time. When pipes are completely frozen, we are unable to safely thaw them until weather conditions improve and temperatures rise.

Important steps to take immediately:

If you are leaving your home, turn off your main water shutoff before you go.

Even if you stay home, we strongly advise knowing where your main shutoff is and being prepared to turn it off.

If a frozen pipe thaws on its own, it can burst and cause significant water damage. You do not want to return home to an active leak or flooding.

Once temperatures rise and pipes begin to thaw, we will be able to take service calls and will be happy to assist with leak repairs, burst pipes, and any resulting damage.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to stay safe during this extreme weather.

🚨❄️ URGENT: EXTREME COLD WARNING ❄️🚨

Starting Saturday 1/24 DRIP YOUR FAUCETS. DON'T TURN OFF UNTIL Negative temps leave our area.

With negative temperatures hitting, pipes can freeze and burst FAST — and the damage is serious.

⚠️ Take action NOW:
• Drip hot & cold faucets on exterior walls
• Open cabinets under sinks
• Keep heat set NO LOWER than 55°
• Disconnect hoses & protect exposed pipes
• Know where your main water shutoff is
• Make sure your crawl space isn't open and cold air blowing under home. Board up where cold air can come into those areas.

🚨 Most pipe bursts happen when temps start to rise — stay alert even after the storm passes.
