Date night... we attended Louisville Racing, ladies soccer game. So many parallels to business and life kept coming to my mind.

If you want to create unlimited income and wealth it requires a team and a system. Without a team you are limited to one single mind and 168 hours per week. One of my mentors said you cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it.

In life, your results are 97% controlled by your subconscious mind. Imagine if these ladies were playing on a very narrow field. They would spend a very high percentage of the game out of bounds. How large is your field of play? Do you have a narrow mindset? Is it a rut you learned a long time ago? Who is cheering on your sidelines? Is it your fans who really want you to win or is it the other side that wants to hold you back?

A great book to read is "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne.

Circus elephants are as babies by placing a rope or chain about one leg and then securing that chain to a secure anchor. The elephants spirit is broken as it learns that it cannot pull free from it's anchor. When the elephant grows to adulthood, it believes that when the chain pulls tight it cannot go any further and thus won't even try. Now that very secure anchor that was used prior can be replaced with a small stake, a stake the elephant could easily pull from the ground if it would only try.

I was looking for a picture for my grandson's report for school and I ran across this photo of Mt St. Helens. It was taken from about 13,000 feet up Mt Rainier, before St. Helens erupted.

I hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving with just way too much fun! As we head in to the Christmas Season, I thought I would share a few fire safety tips.

• If you purchase a precut tree, please know it was more than likely cut down last summer. Make a fresh cut to the stump so that it will wick the water from your stand to help keep it fresh, (just like you do with fresh flowers from the market).
• Make sure you keep water in the stand.
• Be sure to keep sources of flame away from the tree. If you have a real log fireplace, be sure to keep the doors and screens in place to prevent sparks from igniting the tree. Also give the tree some space from the fire, this will help it stay longer without drying.
• Don’t leave the fireplace unattended.
• If it’s been a while, consider having your chimney cleaned.
• Make sure to turn out decoration lights inside when you are gone.
• Be careful with candles, keep them above the child zone and away from combustibles. Be sure to extinguish them when the house is empty and at night.
• Make certain that smoke alarms are working as well as carbon monoxide alarms.
• Make certain that extension cords are proper size and don’t overload outlets.
• Be careful with cords not to make tripping hazards.
• Turn off the stove prior to leaving the house.

I'm currently reading "The Dynamic Laws Of Prosperity" by Catherine Ponder. She is reminding me that we are products of our thoughts and words. As I continue to focus on prosperity thinking and speaking I recognize just how much I have spoken lack in my daily actions. Speak abundance not only for yourself but also for all those around you. I am finding my whole demeanor is changed. Finding myself happier and less tension around the house too. Highly recommended read. 😀

If you could go back and talk to your younger self, what would you tell him or her? For me it would be to impress upon that young mind Albert Einstein's 8th wonder of the world.... Compound Interest. However small the amount start early and do it regularly. Let compound interest work for you to grow your savings. Equally important is to understand "Bad Debt", (Robert Kiyosaki, bad debt takes money out of your pocket), uses compound interest against you. Let us know your words of wisdom in the comments below.
