Growth looks different behind the scenes. For us, today it looked like unloading a U-Haul full of dehumidifiers and air scrubbers!

💧 When water gets in, the damage goes deeper than what you can see.

This home had water intrusion from the roof, which meant we had to take it all the way back and make sure everything was handled correctly before rebuilding could even begin.

We removed all wet and damaged materials, thoroughly dried the affected areas, cleaned and treated the structure, sanded the framing, and encapsulated everything necessary to make sure the space was clean, dry, and safe to rebuild.

Apparently protecting people’s homes one job at a time wasn’t enough, so he decided to protect the whole city too 😂

We’re lucky to have someone on our team who works hard, shows up for people, and somehow still has energy left after doing two jobs that involve climbing ladders and dealing with emergencies. 😂
