As a Repossession Agent, you will play a crucial role in the recovery of collateral out for repossession, securing them, and towing the units back to the appropriate company office, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate: Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
This role requires you to remain cool, calm, and collected. Every person you meet needs to be treated with courtesy and respect regardless of the circumstance or the attitude they exhibit.
Preferred Experience:
1. Proven ability to perform well in an outside environment without direct supervision.
2. Ability to act in a discreet manner
3. Previous experience driving a tow truck (training can be provided).
Requirements:
1. Must be at least 23 years of age due to insurance.
2. NO felonies on your record.
3. Must have a clean or close to clean driving record.
4. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
