What once was a C-1 Emergency Demolition candidate, rescued by my old Metropolitan Development, rehabbed by Jerry Jacobs to be used for the last 5 years as a private recording and Artist studio, listed for sale this past year and no takers as a C1 but interested residential usage will now be the West End of Louisville, Home of Consulo Construction Group.
It’s only fitting to go home where I started my work in the Landbank when my work at Metro ends. We won’t miss a beat getting started helping those of you that need help and building beside our friends that know us.
PS I told ya’ll you were sleeping when this was listed.. I’m glad you were.
